Teacher Part timeSuits primary, and secondary trained teachers. Due to our continued growth and success, we wish to increase our part time teaching team. Please review the following information and if this looks like a job you'd enjoy, and you have the appropriate qualifications and experience, please get in touch with us. Learning Environment: Our physical learning environments are set up to resemble IT suites where each student is provided with his/her own desk, computer and other resources. So you should be comfortable working with IT. We will teach you how to use our system and the software we employ. Children attend our centres from a wide variety of schools and whilst with us, work on their own individualised learning programmes. The working environment is busy and focussed but also, essentially, relaxed and enjoyable; we expect all our students to enjoy a warm, friendly experience when attending our lessons. Qualities of the teachers we seek: We seek teachers who are fully committed to the profession, love the job and genuinely want to make a real difference to the lives of the young people we work with. It's essential that you are flexible and able to handle mixed age ranges working together. However, with a maximum class size of 5 students, the learning programmes are easily managed by the experienced teacher. Qualifications: To work with us you must be a qualified and experienced primary or secondary teacher. We cater for ages 5-16 in small groups and provide individualised learning programmes for all our students. That means each class contains children of varying ages and abilities individually studying a mixture of maths and English. So overall, the qualifications are important of course, but also important is your ability to teach in our specialised learning environment. Training: As we operate a specialised learning system, we provide the training you will require - at our cost. CRB Checks: These are compulsory and we pay the cost. Remuneration: Similar to agency "Supply" rates. Hours: A teaching session is normally 4 hours and includes teaching the lessons, parent meetings and next lesson preparation. No other outside preparation is required. How to Apply? CVs with a covering letter can be emailed to Mr Denby liddelow at: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
